Responsibilities:
- Plan and sell travel services packages
- Advice and assist customers regarding the appropriate destination, means of transport, travel details, costs and accommodation through phone calls and email
- Provide relevant information
- Recognize and resolve technical customer complaints

Requirements:
- Fluent (C1 / C2) in German or Dutch or French
- Good English skills
