TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

Our client is a fast growing and innovative service provider established in Limassol with international exposure. Their goal is to provide tech oriented and high-quality services enabling our clients growth and success.

Their team consist of IT, Marketing, eCommerce & other high calibre professionals with experience in different industries.

Due to continuous growth, they are seeking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their HR Team in the Limassols office.

Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment and selection process end to end including, job descriptions, job posts, identify sourcing channels, cv screening, interviews, assessment processes, communication with candidates
Liaising with recruitment agencies for new positions
Manage recruitment process for internal job openings
Manage pipeline of inbound candidates, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
Prepare job offer letters, communications, introduction emails for new employees
Prepare employment agreements
Develop and monitor reports to assess recruitment efficiency
Manage employee referral process plan

Requirements:

More than 4 years' proven experience in a similar role in an agency or in an organization
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Experience with recruitment metrics
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Result oriented personality, team player
