Portuguese speaking Customer Service Representative in Madrid

Our international client based in Madrid is currently looking for a Portuguese -speaking Customer Service Representative, to start immediately and support a project in the luxury automobile sector.

Responsibilities:
Answto customer queries and requests, in a simple way keeping your smile and ensuring their satisfaction through a
unique customer experience
Keep in contact with clients by receiving incoming calls and emails, and managing claims and requests.

Requirements:
. Local Documents - Spanish Social Security and Tax number
Fluency in Portuguese (C1 Level or Native)
Excellent Level of English
Good computer skills
Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients
Excellent communication skills
Good listening and empathy skills
Good time management skills
Conditions on offer:
39 hours a week from Monday to Friday, working hours alternate between 8 and 20.
A stable contract
Possibility of promoting within our company.
