Marketing Manager - Finance sector - Malta

Our client, a world leading international organization of independently owned and managed accounting and consulting international firms is looking for a Marketing Manager in Malta.

Responsabilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategy and marketing campaigns to promote the company's services
- Develop brand and marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and market presence of the firm
- Responsible for the creation, management and execution of the firms marcomms calendar
- Co-ordination of marketing campaigns, promotional activities and events
- Creation of digital content including regular updates on social media platforms to enhance brand awareness
- Regular tracking, review and evaluation of marketing campaigns and social media effectiveness including recommendations on improvements
- Carry out market research analysis on a regular basis
- Website management, including creating blogs, and maintaining and uploading content, whilst managing SEO and Metadata, and compiling monthly reports
- Working closely with external agencies, when required, to effectively manage campaigns, events, presentations, creation of promotional material and brochures
- Support other teams within the firm on marketing activities mainly People & Culture and Business Development
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the market including media
- Managing the annual marketing budget and ensures its effective use
- Preparation of monthly marketing report to Managing Director and Partners of the firm
- Other marketing related duties or projects as required by the firm from time to time

Requirements:
- Qualification in Marketing or commercial field
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of social media handles
- Good contacts with the media channels
- Fluent in Maltese and English
- Organizational and leadership skills
