We are looking for a passionate and talented Head of Affiliate for our office In Malta.
To build and develop the team and acquisition work for our 4 brands in the I gaming and sports field. This role is responsible to lead the Acquisition strategy, coaching and supporting the affiliates to maximize the quality and quantity of deals, which generates the best possible results for the company.
This role reports to the Head of Operations.
Recruit new affiliates through research, referrals, and other avenues
Set and manage monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth
Take full responsibility of the affiliate program on all company assets
Maintain a high level of communication with affiliates, recommend new campaigns for affiliates and provide performance feedback
Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns
Manage top-tier accounts and develop an affiliate contact management strategy
Build and maintain customer relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities.
Handle business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities as needed.
Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets.
Perform new customer acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds and emails.
Set marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth.

Previous experience as an Affiliate Manager in the gaming industry
Strong analytics skills

Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong recruitment and negotiation skills
Able to succeed in and enjoy a fast-paced, quick-witted environment
Highly motivated, energetic, result-oriented person
