German speaking Recruiter - LISBON, Portugal

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection of German speaking customer service representatives for various clients;
- Handling of the entire selection process, mainly by phone and email;
- CV analysis;
- Outbound Preselection calls;
- Selection interviews;
- Evaluation of online tests;
- Information and guidance of candidates throughout the entire selection process;
- Creation and sending of accurate job offers;
- Precise handling of administrative processes;
- Positive representation of the HR department within the company as well as externally.

Requirements:
- Native German speaker (mandatory);
- Fluency in English;
- Mandatory minimum 6 months experience of working in a contact center (on the phone) or direct experience as Recruiter;
- Motivation to work on the phone (outbound calls) and positive attitude towards the call center environment;
- Motivation to work in a sales-related and performance-driven role;
- Work experience abroad preferred (not applicable for candidates already living in Portugal);
- Positive attitude and great communication skills;
- Well organized and good PC knowledge (MS Office and internet applications);
- Motivation to work in the home office on an hybrid model;
- High school diploma or equivalent
