Our Banking client is currently growing their Leading teams and is looking for a French-speaking and a German-speaking Team Leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Giving direction and guidance to Team Members in line with targets;
- Lead by example, coaching and mentoring your team to be the best;
- Conduct one to ones and performance reviews;
- Communicate with external collection agencies;
- Work closely with management to improve working procedures;
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Team Leading experience is considered as a must
- Verbal and written fluency in both German and English
- Target and goal-oriented with a competitive and ambitious personality
