DANISH CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT

My clients operating with different industries, such as banking, iGaming and others are looking for Customer Service Agents who will be supporting the company via phone, e-mail, and chat.
The chosen person will be working in a team and will be assigned to a project with all training and support provided.

Mission:
- Answer to customer queries and requests, in a simple way keeping your smile, ensuring their satisfaction through a unique customer experience
- Keep in contact with clients by receiving incoming calls and emails, managing claims and requests

Requirements:
- Native level or Fluent Level of Danish
- Fluent level of English
- Previous experience in Customer Support as an asset
- Good communication skills
