CRM MANAGER PORTO (PORTUGAL)

Our growing iGaming client based in Porto is growing their Marketing Team and is looking for a CRM Manager to be responsible for the CRM Team and report to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities:
Working with the teams in order to determine organizational objectives
Data collection Data analysis and interpretation through data analytics tools
Identify new opportunities for process improvement
Preparation of data reports
Customer segmentation CRM team management
Definition and implementation of CRM strategies
Definition of the customer lifecycle and life stages

Requirements:

Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, Economics, Management, Management Control, Marketing Domain of Business Intelligence (Power BI) and CRM Management (Optimove, Salesforce, among others) tools
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Minimum experience of 2 years in the function of CRM Manager (iGaming experience is not mandatory, e-commerce would be acceptable)Critical and analytical senseGood interpersonal skills, good communication and teamwork skills
