The position we are offering is Customer Service Consultant with native and English language.
Our Customer Service Consultants are the primary contact for passengers. They are handling telephone calls regarding flight connections, and flight reservations, providing services in the area of bonus frequent flyer programs, telephone check-in, sale of tickets, and a lot more. We usually communicate with our passengers in our native, and the rest of the calls are in English, English is also our internal communication language.

Requirements:

Native language and English language
Good communication skills
Flexibility and stress tolerance
Spirit and eagerness to learn new skills
Good PC skills

The company is also offering a relocation package: they are paying for your flight to the Czech Republic and 2 first months of accommodation!
