Bookkeeper - Malta

Responsibilities :
-Standard activities in bookkeeping for several clients within different industries
-Handling data inputting, including postings of sales invoices, purchases and other expenses
-Basic reconciliation report
-Might include administrative work such as filing and scanning relating to the client accounting system
-Liasing with clients and authorities if required
-Any other duties as maybe assigned from time to time in relation to the accounting

Requirements:
-Proven ability to quickly learn new information, processes and procedures
-Able to work on own initiative and in a team
-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
-Assertive and able to keep to deadlines
-Knowledge of basic accounting at an Alevel standard
-Previous experience in a similar role and with Sage would be considered an asset.
