Training the new joining employees on process and conversion calls. Training students for interviews, conducting GDs, mock interviews, assessments on verbal and logical. Taking care of Corporate HR connects and assisting the team for Students� Placement process from respective campuses. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company�s customer base and ensure it�s strong presence. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Enter, transcribe, record, store, and/or maintain information in written or electronic form. Develop and maintain the technology skills required to function at peak efficiency. Assist with business development efforts, including research on prospect accounts and existing clients, networking, cold calling, and digital marketing. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures. Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
