Accounts Clerk

Our client in Malta, a reputable company in the Tourism industry in a process of expansion, is looking for an Accounts Clerk to join their team. This person will be responsible for the processing of day-to-day accounting entries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing invoices in the accounting system
Preparing and processing payments to suppliers
Liaising with vendors and preparing vendor reconciliations
Inputting of bank entries.
Preparing cashbook and cashbook reconciliation
Preparing onboard revenue
Assisting with month-end related tasks, such as reconciliations and uploading of journals
Filing documents

REQUIREMENT
Ability to co-operate with colleagues from various departments
Ability to work independently
Good Communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office software
Preferably O level pass in Accounts
On the job training will be provided
